Today, expect rather cloudy skies with occasional outbreaks of rain, some of which may be heavy in the afternoon. While the rain will ease and become isolated in most parts later in the day, it will persist in the southern region of Munster. Moderate to fresh and gusty southeast winds will gradually veer southwest and ease away from the coasts. High temperatures are expected to reach 15 to 18 degrees Celsius.

As the night progresses, the rain will clear to isolated showers, and clear spells will develop. A mild night is in store with temperatures not dipping lower than 11 to 14 degrees Celsius. Winds will generally be light to moderate, with occasional fresher gusts along parts of the coast.
