The Cork Primary Schools’ Sports Day is set to take place on Thursday, 30th May at Munster Technological University (MTU) in Bishopstown. The event will run from 9:30 am to 6:30 pm and is expected to draw significant participation, with approximately 6,000 children competing in various sports activities throughout the day.

Due to the high number of attendees and the scale of the event, heavy traffic is anticipated from early morning and continuing throughout the day.

Participants and spectators attending the event are encouraged to use public transport or carpool to reduce traffic and parking issues. MTU has made special arrangements to accommodate the large number of attendees, but patience and cooperation are appreciated.
