Gardaí seized in excess of €250,000 combined drugs and arrested a man following a search in Cork City on Wednesday, 11th October 2023.

Gardaí attached to the Cork City Divisional Drugs Unit, carried out the search of a property as part of an ongoing operation into the sale and supply of controlled drugs in the City.

Approximately €126,000 worth of cocaine and €125,000 of cannabis herb was seized during the course of the search.

All of the suspected drugs will now be sent to Forensic Science Ireland (FSI) for analysis.
